Adjustment of Postage and Shipping Costs
Dear Customers,
Due to the current geopolitical developments in the Middle East and the resulting increase in oil and diesel prices, transport, logistics, and operating costs have risen significantly in recent weeks.
The delivery of our products is carried out in cooperation with external logistics service providers, meaning that the increased transport costs have a direct impact on our expenses. We have been absorbing these additional costs for some time; however, we are no longer able to fully compensate for them. Against this background, we find it necessary to adjust our shipping conditions as follows:
Delivery within Germany
- Postage and shipping costs: from €6.50 to €7.50
- Orders with a net goods value below €75.00 will incur a surcharge of €8.50 (previously €7.50) for ex works delivery
- Free delivery threshold: €250.00
Delivery to Austria
- Postage and shipping costs: from €11.80 to €13.50
- Free delivery threshold: €300.00
Delivery within the EU (excluding Austria): upon request.
These adjustments will come into effect from Monday, 4 May 2026, until further notice.
We regret the short notice of this measure and ask for your understanding, as this step is necessary to ensure continued reliable and economically sustainable delivery.
